Using your ash bracket
1 Mount your camera to the ash
bracket by aligning the camera
with the mounting screw and
tightening the screw knob until the
camera is secure.
2 Mount your ash to the ash
bracket by sliding the ash into the
ash shoe. This separation
between your lens and ash helps
to eliminate red-eye and softens
shadows.
For vertical shots, rotate the ash
arm 180° to reposition the ash
above the lens.
Note: A TTL cord (not included) is
required to connect your ash to
your camera.
3 If necessary, mount the ash
bracket/camera assembly to a
tripod by aligning the screw knob
of the ash bracket with the screw
knob of the tripod. Tighten the
screw knob until the assembly is
secure.
